Grade 6 teaching assistant 30 hours, 39 weeks a year (Tues – Fri 8.15 – 4.15). Temporary from September 2022 – 31st Dec 2022

The Governors and senior leaders of Dee Point Primary School are excited about the opportunity to appoint an inspiring, creative and enthusiastic teaching assistant to work across both of our resource provision classes and Year 1. We are seeking to appoint someone who is able to demonstrate ability to be flexible and has the skills to support the teacher and pupils allowing them to fulfil and achieve their maximum potential.

Dee Point Primary school is a 2 form entry school. This role will involve a Tuesday supporting in one of our resource provision classes (Atlas), on a Wednesday supporting in the other resource provision classes (Pandora) then on a Thursday and Friday you will be working across both our Year 1 classes and may be involved in some class cover. You will be part of an amazing and talented team across all of these classes. Any relevant training and support that is needed will be provided. We want someone to give our children the care, nurture and love they deserve in order to help them manage the challenges of a school day as well as helping them to develop academically.
