As the successful candidate you will be positive in outlook and resilient, have strong behaviour managememt strategies and the ability to work collaboratively.  Excellent relationships with pupils, parents/carers and staff members are essential.

You will have lots of energy, flexibility and a good understanding of how to manage workload and wellbeing.  We can offer you high quality CPD, a happy exciting working environment and the chance to make significant changes to the life opportunities of our amazing pupils on a daily basis.
