The Headteacher and Governors of this small and friendly Church of England primary school would like to recruit an enthusiastic and experienced EYFS teaching assistant to join our team to cover maternity leave in our Nursery and Reception class.

3 days – 20.25 hours per week (term time)

Grade 4/5 depending on qualifications and experience.

The post is from 8th January 2024 until 24th October 2024, ideally with a handover period during December 2023. The post would be best suited to a teaching assistant who has experience in EYFS and who has a high level of commitment ensuring that all children flourish.

Closing date for applications is Friday 24th November at 12pm.

Interviews will take place on Wednesday 29th November 2023. 

As part of the interview process shortlisted candidates will be required to prepare and teach a small group activity task. 

Candidates will be required to present proof of identity prior to interview. The successful candidate will be required to complete an enhanced DBS check and any appointment would be subject to satisfactory references.
