Teaching Assistant Vacancy
The Head Teacher and Governors of Rossmore School wish to appoint a Teaching Assistant to start with immediate effect. This is a temporary position until 31st August 2023 to cover maternity leave, but there is the possibility that this could become permanent. The minimum qualification requirement for this role is NVQ Level 3. The Teaching Assistant role is to support Teaching Staff within KS1/KS2. The hours of work will be Monday to Friday, 8.30 am to 3.30 pm (32.5 hours), 38 weeks per year (pro-rata), with a half hour lunch (Grade 4, pro-rata salary scale: £17,075 - £18,049)
Rossmore School places the highest priority on keeping children safe in education and therefore applicants will be subject to stringent vetting processes and an enhanced DBS check (if successful).
