We are looking to appoint a highly skilled teaching assistant to work mornings to support a range of our SEN pupils until the end July 2024 in the first instance with a view to creating a permanent post from September 2024 for the right candidate. Experience of delivering phonics, intervention groups, along with an understanding of Team Teach would all be advantageous.  Saighton is a thriving and busy primary school and the successful candidate must demonstrate a willingness to work hard as part of a proactive and flexible team.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a positive impact in class and on the wider life of the school and must be enthusiastic and able to live out our Christian vision of 'Flourishing Together.  Life in all its fullness'.  Being supportive of Our Way Working and trauma informed practice would also be beneficial.
