COLLEGE OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
TEMPORARY TO SEPTEMBER 2024
(Responsible to: Assistant Headteacher Behaviour and Attitude)
Due to maternity leave in the current pastoral support team we require a College Office Administrator. The role is primarily to support the work of the 4 Heads of College with their role, dealing with pastoral care, including behaviour and safeguarding which at times includes highly sensitive and confidential issues.
Applicants should have a good general educational background and be computer literate. Knowledge of school systems such as SIMS.net (Schools Information Management System) and CPOMs would be an advantage but not essential as appropriate induction and training will be provided when in post.
37 hours per week; 38 weeks, [term-time only] (Part time considered)
Hours 8.00am to 4.00pm
Grade 3: scp 03-04 £19,115 - £19,871 p.a. (actual salary)
[whole year equivalent: £22,737 - £23,114]
