Site Maintenance Officer

Grade 4 – 27.5 hrs per week, 43 weeks per year, 7.30am - 1.00pm

Term time only plus 4 weeks, to be negotiated

To start as soon as possible. 

St Werburgh’s and St Columba’s Primary School are seeking applications for a proactive and highly motivated Site Maintenance Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for the efficient running of the school site including site security, maintenance, repairs, some cleaning and looking after the outside areas including using the ride on mower and power tools.

Applicants must be able to work as part of a team, communicate effectively with children, staff, governors, and all stakeholders. Candidates must demonstrate adherence to established safety policies and procedures.
