Due to the promotion of our current deputy headteacher, the governors of this lovely church school and maintained nursery wish to appoint an inspirational and dynamic deputy headteacher from September 2025. The successful candidate will work alongside the head and staff to drive school improvement, ensuring the highest standards of wellbeing and teaching and learning for our children.

 

Frodsham CE is a popular and successful primary school with fantastic children, dedicated staff, supportive governors and parents. Our recent Ofsted report celebrates how the children describe the school as ‘one big family’.

We are looking for a candidate who:

  • is an outstanding and passionate class teacher with successful experience of teaching both KS1 and KS2;
  • has a proven track record of raising attainment and achievement and improving the quality of teaching and learning across the curriculum and age range;
  • is an exceptional and professional role model with high expectations, dedicated to raising standards and enabling all children and adults in our school community to flourish;
  • has excellent communication and interpersonal skills that foster positive relationships with all stakeholders.
