About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to provide administrative support to the central team office of our Multi Academy Trust. The schools within the NWAT are our customers, this role is pivotal in supporting the central team to ensure they always deliver the highest level of customer experience and service to our customers.
The successful candidate will be instrumental in maintaining seamless operations by providing robust administrative support. This involves managing schedules, coordinating activities, and ensuring that information flows efficiently across the Trust. The emphasis on effective communication underscores the importance of the PA's role in handling correspondence and serving as a liaison to guarantee that information reaches the appropriate parties in a timely manner.

Two exciting roles available!
We are currently recruiting for an additional part-time position within our central team – Clerk to the Board of Trustees. Candidates are welcome to apply for either role individually. However, for the right candidate with the relevant skills and flexibility, we would be delighted to consider combining both roles into a single, blended position. Please indicate this in your application.
Training for the governance role can be provided for candidates who have a strong interest in this area but do not have direct experience.
