About the Role
As Clerk to the Board of Trustees, you will play a vital part in the effective governance of the North West Academies Trust. You will support the Board and its subcommittees by managing meeting logistics, ensuring statutory compliance, and maintaining accurate governance records. This is a flexible, term-time role with some evening meetings, requiring excellent attention to detail, discretion, and a clear understanding of governance standards.
