Salary:  Grade 7 SCP 17

Actual Salary Pro-Rata: £22,810 // FTE: £30,060

Contract: Fixed Term until 31st August 2025

Hours: 32.5 hours per week, 39 weeks a year

 

Weaver Trust wishes to appoint a Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our team in Northwich. This position will be for 32.5 hours per week and is to start in the Summer term.

We are looking for a friendly, caring and motivated person with plenty of energy who can join our hardworking team in supporting teaching and learning across our school.

The successful candidate will:

  • Have relevant experience of working with children in a higher level teaching assistant role.
  • Hold at least a level 3 qualification in childcare or teaching support.
  • Demonstrate high expectations of individual achievement and behaviour.
  • Be creative and enthusiastic.
  • Have good organisational and interpersonal skills.
  • Have flair, talent and initiative.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to raising standards.
  • Be able to work in close partnership with the whole school community.
