About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Playworker to join our Primary School’s wraparound care team. You will support the supervision and engagement of children during after-school activities, ensuring a safe and inclusive play environment.

Key Responsibilities:
o Facilitate creative, physical, and imaginative play for children aged 4–11
o Supervise and ensure the safety and wellbeing of children at all times
o Encourage social interaction and positive behaviour
o Prepare and tidy play spaces and resources
o Work effectively as part of a team and communicate with parents and staff

We’re Looking For:
o A genuine passion for supporting children’s play and development
o A positive, energetic, and caring attitude
o Experience working with children in a school, childcare, or play setting (preferred but not essential)
o Understanding of safeguarding and child protection (training will be provided)
o Relevant qualifications in Play work, Childcare, or similar (desirable)
