Job Title – Site Maintenance Officer

The Cornovii Trust – Brine Leas School, Audlem St James, Pear Tree and Stapeley Broad Lane primary schools

Salary – Grade 5 £26,403 - £28,142

Job Type – Full-time, Permanent, 37 hours per week

Your basic working pattern during term time will be worked on a three-shift pattern:

The shift pattern during term time is a 3-shift pattern

• Earlies

Mon - Thurs 06:00 - 14:00

Fri 06:00 - 13:30

• Noons

Mon - Thurs 11:30 - 19:30

Fri 11:30 - 19:00

The Shift pattern during holiday periods is predominately

08:00 - 16:00 Mon - Thur, 08:00 - 15:30 Fri

Some flexibility working hours will be required to meet the needs of the schools.

Start date – As soon as possible

Closing date – Thursday 28^th August 2025
