The governors at Acresfield Academy are looking to appoint an excellent teaching assistant to join our school. This is a really exciting opportunity to join a dedicated, forward-thinking team.                      

The post is for 32.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday during term time. 

We are looking to appoint a member of staff to work in KS1 to support children as they develop their skills and knowledge and build on the foundations established in the early years.  You will need to show an understanding of what helps children to thrive both academically and personally.  We are looking for someone who can demonstrate they can encourage children to develop in a nurturing and calm environment. 

The successful candidate will need to show they are a flexible, team player with excellent communication skills.  You will be joining a hardworking and highly successful staff team, who prioritise support for each other with wellbeing at the forefront of our work.
