Job Title – Site Maintenance Officer 

The Cornovii Trust – Stapeley Broad Lane primary school, Brine Leas School, Audlem St James and Pear Tree 

Local Authority – Cheshire East 

Salary – Grade 5 £17,839 - £19,014 

Job Type – Part-time, Permanent, 25 hours per week, Full year 

Your working pattern during term time will be:  

Monday to Friday 6am – 11am 

The working pattern during holiday periods is: 

Monday – Friday 8am – 1pm 

Some flexibility working hours will be required to meet the needs of the schools. 

Start date – As soon as possible 

Closing date – 9am Thursday 9th October 2025
