Are you passionate about education? Join our team as an Apprentice Teaching Assistant and help us create a positive, safe, and stimulating learning environment for our pupils. In this role, you'll support the class teacher with classroom activities, work with individuals and small groups to help them flourish, and become an integral part of our school's support team.
What you will do:
- Work with the class teacher to support pupils' learning and development.
- Help prepare for lessons and activities, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for all.
- Support pupils with structured learning activities, both individually and in small groups.
- Contribute to the positive social and emotional development of pupils.
- Communicate effectively with teachers, pupils, and parents.
What we are looking for:
- Someone with a genuine passion for working with children and a desire to have a positive impact.
- A good team player with strong communication and organisational skills.
- An individual who is committed to applying themselves to their apprenticeship and completing the Level 3 Teaching Assistant standard.
- Experience of working or caring for children in a voluntary or work experience capacity is desirable, but not essential.
