The Role
Lower Park School wishes to appoint a Teaching Assistant to join our happy school. Lower Park prides itself on having children who are eager and enthusiastic about learning, value their friendships, and enjoy coming to school. We are also fortunate to have an experienced and forward-thinking team of adults who are dedicated to the children they teach.
The successful candidate will be expected to work well as part of a team and contribute to improving the outcomes of our children with energy, warmth, and a sense of humour.
In addition to providing classroom support for the specific needs of children, the successful candidate will be able to deliver learning activities to groups of pupils. Experience of the RWI phonics programme is desirable but not essential. They will be joining a friendly and proactive staff who are strongly committed to providing a supportive and engaging learning environment for all our children.
Our School Values
Our school is part of the community and parents are proud to send their children here. Whilst academic success is a real strength of the school, we cultivate a love of learning with a rich diverse curriculum that offers enrichment opportunities and experiences that regularly makes the school buzz with excitement.
