Park Lane School is an all-age Special School currently meeting the needs of 152 pupils with severe and complex learning difficulties including ASC, physical difficulties, sensory difficulties, and health needs. 

We have an opening for a Midday Assistant to join the team. 

SALARY RANGE: Grade 3 - £12.85- £13.05 per hour

HOURS: 7.5 hours per week (1.5 hours per day) 

START: As soon as possible.

We are seeking enthusiastic and committed individuals to join our team of Midday Assistants. Successful candidates will demonstrate:

  • A genuine interest in supporting children and young people with complex special educational needs, helping them achieve positive outcomes.
  • A passion for encouraging play and social interaction, supporting pupils to develop their play skills in a safe and engaging environment.
  • A willingness to assist with the care needs of children and young people, ensuring their wellbeing, comfort, and dignity at all times.
