YEAR 1 CLASS TEACHER - Maternity Cover - (MPS)
TEMPORARY, PART TIME, 3 Days Per Week - Wednesday, Thursday, Friday (12 months)
Starting date- 1st June 2026
The Governing Body of St Mary’s Catholic Primary School, Crewe is seeking to appoint an exceptional, highly motivated and dedicated teacher to join our happy, caring and inclusive school to cover a Year 1 maternity leave from 1st June 2026.
The successful candidate will be an inspiring classroom practitioner who demonstrates a love of learning and a strong commitment to the Catholic ethos of our school. They will have excellent knowledge of the Primary Curriculum, high expectations for all pupils, and a proven commitment to raising standards and achievement.
Applicants must demonstrate a commitment to inclusion and the ability to provide a safe, well-organised and stimulating learning environment. Strong classroom management skills are essential, alongside a desire to promote pupil voice, build positive relationships with parents and carers, and contribute fully to the wider life of the school.
