Are you an experienced teaching assistant with HLTA qualification looking for a change of environment or the next step in your career?

Willow Wood Community Nursery & Primary School invite applications for the position of HLTA to start as soon as possible.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Have high expectations of children and young people with a commitment to helping them fulfil their potential.
  • Experience of planning, preparing and delivering individual, group and whole class learning activities within a framework prescribed by the class teacher.
  • Experience of analysing, monitoring, evaluating and tracking pupil progress.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to establish fair, respectful, trusting and supportive relationships with children and young people.
  • A passion for the safety and welfare of pupils.
  • A positive attitude and “can do” approach.
