The governors of Barnton Community Nursery and Primary School would like to appoint a dedicated Playworker to join our committed and enthusiastic team.

Play Leader – Grade 2 – 6 hours a week – 38 weeks a year

Barnton Community Nursery and Primary School 

2 days per week //Monday and Friday// 3pm - 6pm

Actual salary:   £3,332 per annum (pro rata to £24,412.99 per annum full time equivalent)

The role is to work alongside colleagues to ensure that Fun Club it is the highest quality of provision for our children, by preparing appropriate learning and play activities. The role will also include preparing meals and snacks for the children. 

This is a temporary position, in the first instance, beginning on 20^th April and ending on 31^st August 2026.

The closing date for applications is Wednesday 25^th March. Interviews will be held the week beginning 30^th March.
