Grade 3 (SCP 4), 17.5 hours per week, two positions available.

38 weeks worked per year (this is term time only and does not include INSET days)

Actual Salary is currently £10,014 p.a. (pro-rata of full time, full year salary £25,185 p.a.)

Kings Moat Community Primary School, part of the Sandstone Trust, is a brand-new primary school located in Kings Moat Garden Village in Chester. The school is seeking to make the above appointments to the school’s administration team. There are two permanent positions starting on 1st September 2026.

The successful applicants will provide administrative support for the school including the following areas:

General administration supported by Trust colleagues:

  • Attendance and financial administration
  • First aid administration (training will be provided)
  • Reception/post/reprographics
  • Educational visits co-ordination
  • As we are initially a small school, this role may also involve some playground supervision as needed

The successful applicant will have excellent administrative and organisation skills, be a team player and have knowledge of Microsoft Office i.e. Word, Excel and Outlook. Experience of SIMS (Schools Information Management System) would be desirable but not essential as training will be provided.

The working hours for these roles will be 8:30am - 12:15pm or 12:15pm – 4:00pm (which includes a 15 min break) - Monday to Friday during term time.
