We are seeking a proactive, reliable, and highly organised Site Manager to join our dedicated team. This is a vital role in ensuring our school environment is safe, secure, and well maintained for both pupils and staff.

As our Site Manager, you will:

Oversee the day-to-day maintenance, safety, and security of the school site;
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and statutory requirements;
Manage site repairs, maintenance schedules, and contractor relationships;
Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments;
Support the leadership team in maintaining a safe and positive learning environment;
Take pride in creating a clean, welcoming, and well-organised school setting.

The ideal candidate will bring:

Experience in site management, facilities management, or building maintenance;
A strong understanding of health and safety legislation;
Practical maintenance skills and the ability to manage contractors effectively;
Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills;
Reliability, flexibility, and a proactive approach;
A commitment to contributing to a safe and supportive educational environment.
