Grade 6 (SCP11-17 £28,142 – 31,022 pro-rata TTO Actual salary £13,128 - £14,790).
We are seeking a committed, enthusiastic and organised individual to lead our Before and After School Club provision.

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in providing a safe, nurturing and engaging environment for our pupils at the start and end of the school day.

Hours: 20 hours per week Monday to Friday 7.45am – 8.45am and 3:00pm – 6:00pm (term time only plus INSET days)

The Role: The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day running of our wraparound provision, ensuring a high-quality experience for all children attending. The role includes:

  • Leading and managing a small team of staff
  • Planning and delivering a range of engaging, age-appropriate activities
  • Creating a positive, inclusive and safe environment for all pupils
  • Managing food ordering, preparation and serving
  • Maintaining high standards of behaviour and safeguarding
  • Liaising with parents, carers and school staff

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has experience of working with primary-aged children
  • Is organised, proactive and able to lead a team
  • Can plan fun, creative and purposeful activities
  • Has a good understanding of safeguarding and child welfare
  • Is reliable, flexible and committed to providing high-quality care
  • Has a level 3 childcare qualification
