This is a unique senior leadership opportunity for a driven and strategic professional to make a lasting impact in a school that is forward-thinking, ambitious, and committed to excellence.

The Role:

As a senior leader within the school, the Strategic Business Leader will provide expert leadership in finance, HR, estates, compliance, and business operations, ensuring the school is financially sustainable, efficiently managed, and aligned with our educational priorities.

Working closely with the Headteacher, Premises Manager, HR Manager, and Governing Body, you will oversee strategic financial planning, resource management, policy development, and operational excellence. You will also be instrumental in ensuring the successful delivery of our school rebuild, helping to create a world-class learning environment.
